We also provided the client with a virtual tour of several stores while saving travel expenses for the client. Researched Alternative Energy Market to provide New Sales Opportunities for Manufacturing Firm

Advanced manufacturing company looking to use their expertise in the alternative energy industry hired Marketing 360 to identify applications where their technologies would benefit.  Using both primary and secondary research practices we identified five specific product applications on which to focus based on the client’s technology capability and market opportunity. Qualification parameters were developed and a prospect list was built within the wind, solar and biomass industries. A detailed outline of relevant trade shows, publications and associations in which they could promote their capabilities was also provided. With no marketing personnel the client was able to acquire market knowledge and research when they needed it and in a format that was easy to access.

Competitive Analysis of Medical Device Market Segment

Worked with client to identify key players in the orthopedic medical device market, assessed each company’s position and potential future position in accordance with key success factors in the market segment and conducted a full SWOT analysis of the client.  This provided the client with insight on where the market gaps were and gave them the insight they needed to develop their product launch plan.
